Bad product Bad Customer service. . .!!!

On the 12th December 2015 I went to purchase my Twist Solo from Blue Hills Mall. I was told that the Solo is only for a smoker. I said yes I am, and are only smoking currently 1.0 MG cigarettes. BISHOP the sakes person kept trying to sell me the Edge and after numerous times times I've told him I do NOT want it. I've asked to help me with the liquid and I wanted Tobacco with nicotine. After gathering evening he rang us up and gave me a card for next purchases etc. Before I left I've asked him tell me how this works and how to refill IT. HE (Bishop) opened my new twisp box and the liquid, showed me how I should refill it. Same evening I tried it out but hot liquid in my mouth that burned me and it was extremely hot at the top after 4 puffs. I refilled it but it kept doing the same. We took back and bishop told us that I can only puff 3x then I must put it it down or overheat. We We wanted our refund back especially after HE BLOWN HIS OWN BREATH into MY device to clean it out. He phoned Palestinian and Oakes said he must remind it and take out banking details and we use just wait for the to Tx the money back. I asked the device back to take it up further
