Bad customer service
<p>My whole family uses your product and we upgrade regularly. We have probably spend more than 40k at your shops and we love the product, but we recetly recieved the worst service ever. We live in Worcester western cape and you have an outlet at Mountain Mill mal. The girl that manages your outlet is NEVER available we had to phone the centre management to get a hold of her and she said I quote " I am in Truworths busy shopping" i mean realy? My brother bought his new unit, 2 hours after arriving at the centre looking for your staff. Hope to hear from you</p>
