Awful product quality. This company makes me want to smoke again.

<p>If I could give Twisp zero stars I would. Unfortunately it looks like I will have to settle for one. Fancy packaging but p*ss poor products.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife bought two Twisp Edges from Clicks in The Garden Route Mall. Her's seems to work okay (which I actually believe is the exception and not the rule after seeing quite how many complaints these charlatans seem to get on here). I had problems with my Edge from the very start. The atomiser that came in it had no silicone seal on the top of it and felt like it was welded into it's base. Eventually I managed to get it free and replace it with the packaged atomiser that comes included in the box. I had to use the seal from one on the other after the coil burnt out within a few days of fairly light use. During this time the product was continuously making popping noises and spitting large amounts of hot e-liquid into my mouth. I returned it to Clicks adamant on getting a new one, however the guy there just told me it needed a new atomiser so I gave the device the benefit of the doubt and put yet another new one in. A few days ago I woke up to find that somehow during the night my Edge had decided to leak a large amount of e-liquid onto some fabric on my desk - the device was *****ed together perfectly fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I took the original faulty product back to Clicks where they replaced it for a new one. I charged it and yet again I have problems - this time, from the information I have gathered the atomiser head again. It tastes absolutely foul, similar I'd imagine to sucking on the exhaust pipe of a truck. My first Edge didn't have this problem at all and I know what the e-liquid tastes like so that isn't the problem either. Despite having been given hours for the liquid to soak into the atomiser head the taste hasn't disappeared and worse still, I can't get it out of my mouth. Same thing happened with the spare atomiser head.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm really disappointed in my experience with this company's products and unfortunately I'd recommend them to absolutely nobody.</p>
