Atomizer Tank Glass Cracked

<p>I baught a AERO X twisp to my wife and she was very happy with it until we realised when i refill it that nothing stays inside. First i thought its a O ring, but on closer inspection i saw that Atomizer Tank glass level viewer was cracked. I did question my wife if she did maybe dropped it by mistake and she rep**** that she never dropped it once. I inspected the unit carefully and did not see any dents on unit including the Atomizer Tank. I thought it very strange as there were no dents, but glass was craked. We drove specially the weekend 120 km to go to Secunda Mall where we purchased Twisp and the lady told us its the first time she saw someting like this and could see damage coming from inside and there no dents. She phoned someone to ask if she could replace it and she was told no as Atomizer Tank is not under warranty only the Atomizer base unit is under warranty. I read the Warranty terms and nowhere do they exclude any parts of the unit.</p>
