Appalling Service and Dishonest

<p>On the 5th of july i went to the twisp shop in menlyn after i had seen a special starter pack deal where i could get the device and with coils and flavour @30% off (R855.00) was the amount the 2 shop assistants happily confirmed the special and the date the special would "15 July 2017" which was music to my ears. I told the shop assistant i would be back in 2 days to make a purchase which i did only to be told that the special ended the day before (06 July 2017), lets not forget that 15 July 2017 is still a future date. Anyway I then instisted on a number for someone explain to me the reasons why i could not have what was promised, I was given some 021 number which is supposedly the head office sales i attempted to get through without any luck overlooking the fact that i am using my own mobile phone at point and was cut off... I then requested for someone senior in the shop who was not there at the time i waited for the senior (Alicia) who eventually came back and apologized and told me the is nothing she can do i the requested a number for someone even more senior than her i was then given a number for the regional sales manager (Roma) and was told to olnly call her after 15:00 as she was in meetings I happily oblidged in hope that perhaps i would get a full on picture of why i couldnt get the package deal anymore.15:00 came & went i attempted to call her multiple times at different intervals to avail not even a text back because she is supposedly informed of my intentions to call. I still dont have a device nor do i have any explanation as to the reasons for discontinuity. Thats all i ask.</p> <p>Next step will be Ombuds who regulates Consumer Protection Act. If i dont hear from twisp.</p>
