AMOUNT ON INVOICE AND AMOUNT FROM BANK ACCOUNT DIFFERS

I am Belinda. I bought 10 twisp cues at Ilanga mall Nelspruit this morning 29 Dec 2021 and Felicity Mathuto assisted me. When you buy 10 you get 1 free. My invoice is R449.55 which is correct but when i got home i checked my amount that went from my bank account and it is R499.00. I want a refund for the R49.45 or an additional twisp cue of my choice.
