Amazing customer service @ Benmore

<p>Dear Twisp, </p> <p><br />I would like to bring to your attention the amazing individual at your Benmore kiosk - Tumi (Manager) </p> <p>She has been so patient and extremely efficient in helping me resolve my device issue. </p> <p>It went on for a while but she was never rude nor turned me away. </p> <p>Its amazing individuals like her that makes coming back to this horrible brand pleasant. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the device issue, the new devices Edge, Ion and Aero X is horrible, </p> <p>I cannot belive that twisp would compromise on the quality so much - all these devices spit flavour into your mouth, Benmore kiosk can confirm this as they tested my edge device for a day. </p> <p>And then theres the coils - burns out within 2-3 days. </p> <p>Went back to the clearo 1 and dont have these issues anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>Twisp - Please take your customers advises into account, the quality on the new devices and coils is not up to standard as the old devices. </p> <p>If you want to be in business then you have to offer a good quality product, otherwise you will face health issues with consumers, its not something to take lightly. </p> <p> </p> <p>Tumi - you should be rewarded for saving Twisp their customers. </p> <p> </p>
