AFTER SALES A SHOCKER!!!!

<p>I've returned my twisp to East Rand mall on the 20th Aug, it's now a month later and even after i was told 2 - 3 weeks for a refund... I've still not heard anything from Twisp. the only story i hear is "the area manager will contact you" I wonder if you would let the ppl take a device and only pay your money a few weeks later??? You were quick to take my money, but such a struggle to get my money back. I got myself a Kangertech and had not had one day's issue with it. Everytime i've been to your counter you have had very unhappy services. Its now come to that point that i'm done emailing and done phoning Twisp, i've decided to go legal now. Looks like that will be the only way to get some sort of feedback from Twisp.</p>
