11 faulty Twisp Cue Pods

I’ve spent a lot of money on cue pods for the last 6months and I am very dissapointed and unhappy about the pods still giving problems. I have 3 cue twisp devices so I have tested these pods on 3 different devices. Not mentioning the pods I have thrown away- I have 11 faulty pods, the problems range from burning, leaking, no vape coming out to No flavour with the 5 recent Vanilla pods I bought. I have a picture of all the pods, and exactly what is wrong with each of them. I have another 8 pods unopened which might or might not be faulty. Since all the pods came back on the market 2 months ago, all the Vanilla pods I have bought taste like nothing. There is no Vanilla flavour. This was my favorite one thus I bought so many and also didnt change to another device. I feel due to my continues support- I need some type of compensation for 11 faulty pods- money back or exchange? This product I loved have become a product I don’t enjoy at all anymore, and a big waste of money. If it was 1-2 faulty pods from all I have bought, I would not have a big problem. But 11, not acceptable.
