Twins on Decks will not refund!

<p>On the 14th November 2015 after signing a contract, I paid Twins on Decks 50% of an agreed R7000 to perform at a Gig. On the nights of the Gig (20th November 2015) they were going to be late so we (the Twins and I) agreed that I would have them perform at another gig then pay them the other 50% at the next Gig. </p> <p>I contacted them in Feb 2016 to conclude our business and they started giving me the run around. The Twins and the manager ceased to return my calls, emails and texts when I asked for a refund. </p> <p>To this day they will not refund R3500 for non performance. I have a signed contract and proof of payment as well as email correspondence. </p> <p>This is terrible service. They have taken my money and refuse to refund! </p> <p>I want a refund. </p>
