Unprofessional & rude

Terrible!

We have paid copious amounts of money to have our washing machine and tumble dryer fixed.

A year later, he hasn't responded to our messages or calls regarding our machines that are worse now. We also haven't received ANY invoices or guarantees for the work that was done to "fix" our machines.

I'm very frustrated as there is no decency to call back or respond. I've had to make use of another company and their response on the work that was done on twins appliance repairs was that they didn't even open the machine properly and wires were cut which started the new problems of the machines flooding and stopping.

Now someone on Facebook has requested info on companies that fix appliances so Twin appliance repairs responded and when I complained about their lack of service and doing us an injustice, their response is "there are two sides to a story

No sir, not when the only person writing the story is my family pleading for you to come back and do what we paid you to do!
