Marius said he could repair my Elba oven. Didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Broke a selector knob and never bothered to tell me. Didn’t bring a replacement as promised. Really I think he tried to **** me as after the thermostat replacement there was no change. Second time he replaced the thermostat under my watchful eye but a second repairman confirmed he used a cheap, incorrect part so I’ve paid twice
