Hair dye causes severe reaction on model.

My daughter is a model and was asked to do a promotion for Twincare International who supply hair and beauty products to South African retailers. She ended up with such a bad reaction to the overseas hair product (hair dye) that she landed in hospital with what DOCTORS WERE CONVINCED WAS AN ABSCESS ON THE BRAIN caused from the product. Andrew at Twincare promised to pay all medical costs. Since we are on a medical aid, we were partially covered. Twincare ended up paying the excess in doctors and hospital bills of roughly R1500 but refused to cover the CAT Scan of R5000 that we have paid. <br> <br> The bill was emailed to Andrew who then called me and refused to pay the bill. He was extremely rude and said that they have paid enough! My daughters hair since has been falling out and is so thin and has lost its body.<br> <br> No test patch was performed on ANY of the models prior at Twincare International premises in Sunninghill. The swelling on my daughters head was so bad that she couldn't even open her eyes. The only way to rule out the brain abscess was to do the scan. I find this totally unacceptable! I will never recommend any of their brands to anyone. What if my daughter had died?
