VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a very bad customer experience with Twinsaver, I had lodged a complaint in May 2021 about one of their products, they started with the investigations, however they did not bother to give me a proper feedback. Each time I called to make a follow up, I was told that someone would call me back to give me a report. I have been waiting for a written report from them from July 2021 till now, no word from them. So disappointing.
