SHAMEFUL

A few months ago, I bought some polystyrene cups from Pick 'n Pay at Musgrave centre. These were made by Twinsaver. I wrote to Twinsaver expressing my dissatisfaction as they were not cheap and they had holes in. Not small holes either, big holes. It was if someone had put a knitting needle through them. They asked me to give them the batch number which I did and I have heard nothing else from them. They didn't even acknowledge receipt of my email with the batch number. I have told many people about this and I know in future, I will be sceptical to the fact of whether or not I buy Twinsaver products and so will my friends and family. I have always liked the products, because of their quality, but not anymore!!!!
