Quantity over quality

I believe in value for money hence I opted for your products amongst the rest and my loyalty was tested /taken for granted when I bought your two ply 18 rolls x 2, 350 sheets ( Bar code ***298) complete comfort tissue papers last month. Unfortunately I did not keep the proof of purchase and do not recall if I bought same from Makro or Checkers as these are the only two I buy my monthly groceries from, otherwise I was going to return them. The quality of these tissues papers is so bad and cannot be used for human consumption (is like one is using hand with no tissue to wipe). Even if I was to donate these to someone, really it will be as if I am swearing at them. These are a total reap of, quantity was preferred over quality. I feel I was betrayed by a brand I trusted and valued. I doubt if I will ever buy these again .
