Poor quality and even poorer service levels.

Some time ago I purchased a four-pack of Twinsaver roller towels. The quality was appalling - shredded when you so much as touched it; was basically unusable. I lodged a complaint with TS on their website; had a response and after to-ing and fro-ing a bit was sent an explanation (the embosser had been set on too high a pressure and thus had damaged the paper); and was promised a replacement "bale" whatever that is. When nothing had arrived a few weeks later, I mailed them to let them know that I hadn't received anything - not even the courtesy of a response. I mailed them again about that, a few weeks later; still no response. So cr*ppy quality AND cr*ppy customer service - way to go, Twinsaver. I will never buy any of your products ever again, and I will make sure that other people know about your poor service too. It's not about the replacement; it's about how you treat your customers.
