Poor quality 2ply

I've had little to no response from Nampak Twinsaver after informing them of their poor quality 2ply toilet paper. After raising my complaint I was told that they would need a sample, so I tell them to pick it up. I'm still waiting for them to pick it up 3 weeks later.
