ONCE AGAIN!!!!

Once again!!!! I am writing a review as Twinsaver just couldn't be bothered about their customer service!!!!! i have still had no reply from them regarding the paper cups I bought that had holes in them. The holes were so BIG that I could actually see right through the cup!!!! This is disgusting. Twinsaver you have lost a valued customer and many other valued customers as this has been told to all my friends about your lack of customer service. I think it is horrifying in the first place that a business like yours doesn't do quality control. There should never be a tiny hole let alone a hole the size of Kimberley Mines in your production of goods. This is the most awful service I have ever had from any business EVER!!!!!
