Low quality in product

I am very upset cause i alway buy Twinsaver as i am pregnant this only toilet Paper i use that does not give me infection.

But now when brough this product it dirty and packed is open and toilet rolls not as standard Quality. This has been the second time it happen.

I Mean you pay R170 per package of 24 Rolls and this quality you get very unexpectble.

Please tell me this not acceptable at all...!!! I am i not satisfied at all.
