Bad service,voucher not delivered

I'm so disappointed with twinsaver I complained about the poor quality of 1ply of their toilet paper last month I was happy with with the quick response as I send email and one of your consultant called and promised to send the courier to collect a sample within 7days to my surprise the guy came and collected same day and was happy with that quick response and was promised for a voucher but till to date I haven't received and I have send emails and was promised again to receive the voucher but nothing I'm so disappointed I will never buy your products again I will advise people not to buy because you are not reliable and you dnt keep your promises so disappointed on your customer service
