bad quality

I would like to express my disappointment with the quality of the 2 ply toilet from twinsaver, the quality is just not the same but the price just seem to be going up. I bought a the packet of 18 and cannot use it at all. It is quite disappointing and they used to make a very good and soft toilet paper..
