Twin Radio pathetic service - Yamaha product

I bought a Yamaha entertainment unit / center in the beginning of 2014. I was not satisfied with the installation, sound and definitely the after sale service. <br> Twin Radio in Vanderbijlpark is full of empty / hollow promises.<br> The 3D Blu Ray player (BD-S473) had problems from the beginning. I got a replacement Blu Ray (BD-S477) in March 2015. <br> The Blu Ray (BD-S477) stopped working in July 2015 - the unit was not able to read any disks. I did a firmware upgrade - no success - took the unit to Twin Radio.<br> Collected a new replacement Blu Ray (BD-S477) at Twin Radio in September. This unit did not read any disks from the start. The shop send the unit to Yamaha including my DVD and blu ray disks (without any permission).<br> Did some research on the Blu Ray (BD-S477) - this is not a 3D Blu Ray player - I phoned Yamaha and it was confirmed. Yamaha said they will look at my situation.<br> I phone Twin Radio and raised my concern and complained about Twin Radio's service. End of September the shop phoned and said my disks arrived. It is October and I am without a Blu Ray player - only promises.<br> I will not recommend Twin Radio ever. I also lost my trust in the Yamaha products.
