Twilight funerals ****

In January of 2019 I lost my grand mother she had a policy with Twilight funerals for years since 1993, my grand mother is originally from the free state in her sick days we took her Gauteng to stay with us as she was getting worse. When she passed on I called people from Twilight asking about transportation for the deceased they told me I need to pay R9 500 for them to come collect the deceased. I couldn’t afford that much so we had to work out arbor arrangements for transportation, in the process we had to buy a coffin so we can transport the body ourself to Twilight funerals mortuary. Arriving at the premises we tried to talk to them to atlist pay is our money back for the coffin and they told us they can’t as they can’t as my grandmother is strictly under a no cash policy. We then told them we will take the new coffin they my grandmother is supposed to get n we will resell it, we agreed to come pick up the coffin Sunday after the funeral at they offices, to our surprise on Friday when they brought the deseased to home they brought 2 coffins...now as an African having 2 coffins is bad luck, they made a loughing stock out of us when we had agreed to collect the coffin. The way they do things is puzzling, curtens that surround the coffin in the house they don’t have it just sits open like that with no flower or anything. What hurt me the most was them not arriving on time to collect my grandmother from home to church, we had to lower car seats to make the coffin fit so we can atlist start the program as we were already late. The driving arrived 45 minutes later talking about his sorry. I am very disappointed in Twilight how do they treat one of they old relatable members like that? Only to get to the grave sight and they have a brown ugly gazebo for a family tent with 10 chairs black sit covers and no water...people in Wepener adviser to me take this on as Twilight as a bad record with people there it’s said that in all cases Twilight takes advantage off poor people they take they money and never deliver. That is not a way of treating people who are at they lowest? Specially if one has been supporting you since the day you opened this funeral cover, What they did was an insult to my grand mother and my family. Very poor service
