UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD PAYERS!

If you're an establishment, DO NOT allow this company to make a booking with you. They take forever to pay, using excuses of different email addresses, statements needed, passing you on from one person to the next etc. At best, you're lucky if you even get a reply from them and they definitely do not know how to follow up on a complaint. Zero professionalism. Expect to wait a minimum of 2 months for your money. I will never allow TWF to make a booking with my establishment again!
