My Travel booking to 11 months to complete!!!!

Jolene Harris told me that although my e-ticket said 15kgs, I could take 30kgs on board because I am an international traveller, only to find out she was wrong and I had to pay R8000 for extra baggage.<br> She also gave me a ********** voucher saying she booked for 2 adults and 2 kids when she did not book my kids at all.<br> I asked for a 4star hotel she put me n a s**** hotel where the sheets were dirty and the toilets were smelling and there was no hot water and as a result I got sick.<br> She failed to book my transfers and I stood and waited for an hour waiting...<br> she spoilt my entire holiday and at the end of the day she and Steve Egan who is a Director there tells me that nothing can make me happy!! You know what? if you do your job-that will make me happy and save me money.
