Excellent service by Machuene Ramela

Excellent service offered by Ms Machuene Ramela. She was assisting me with the bookings of my two colleagues and I had mistakenly sent the request for one colleague twice, then the other one was not booked when he gets to the hotel. I then realised my mistake and informed her. She handled my request with high professional standard and hence would like to say thank you for that mam, keep it up. The way in which you kept me informed throughout the whole process was at a high level.
