Don't go with this company if you have a choice
If I had a choice, I wouldn't go with this company. Simply a waste of time and resources. The travel agency staff is always out of the office and doesn't give feedback when required. For my trip, I have currently dealt with two different people. I made a request two weeks ago, and it seems like there is no significant development every time.
This company should work on prioritising its client's needs because, on a personal level, I will never use this company.

Please help. I don't get good feedback from this department. I can only communicate via email and always get an out of office notice email whenever I send a follow up email. This is the first time I have struggled with a travel agent. Most agencies only need one day to book a trip. But your business takes weeks. As per my email trail earlier today we investigated and as we speak Ronel and Eskom travel accounting working on your request. The dates on the order both show 23 Dec 2022 Tokyo to Johannesburg and 11 Jan 2022 Johannesburg to Tokyo, which Ronell at 16h11 Ronel emailed you to correct the dates on the DK33.
As per my email trail earlier today we investigated and as we speak Ronel and Eskom travel accounting working on your request. The dates on the order both show 23 Dec 2022 Tokyo to Johannesburg and 11 Jan 2022 Johannesburg to Tokyo, which Ronell at 16h11 Ronel emailed you to correct the dates on the DK33.
