Beware - Funds aren't paid.
We have been owed funds since Nov22 and it's Mar23. The company simply gives a run around as to whose responsible for payment. Promises payment and the funds never arrive. Guesthouse / Hotel owners must be wary when dealing with this company and only take guests once funds reflect in the account.
