Bad payers and *********** management

BAD payers! I am having to fight for my money that is overdue. They delay payment by asking you to resend all documentation...I had to resend invoices and emails 3 times! Then it was said it was being processed. I phone every day, the manager Lorinda is NEVER at work, she ignores all my emails. The supervisor has now indocated she "Thinks" I should be paid by end of November, making this account 2 months overdue! And that is a 30 day account. Small businesses in the tourism industry STAY AWAY!
