Bad customer service

I'm disappointed at service received from Liesl. My company has been using TWF for a while and haven't had any issues thus far. TAT for a request is 24hrs but that has not being the case with Liesl. Day 3 now that i have been waiting for an amended quote from her. i'm disgusted at her utter disregard for me as a client despite numerous follow up phone calls she promised to send the quote to me in 10-15min yet nothing is received to date and no communication received regarding the reason for the delay. substandard service at its best <br> <br> Regards <br> Miso
