Easy to use

My experience with Twentyonvc.com has been a bit mixed. The platform is easy to use, and I've had a decent returns on my investments. However, I've experienced some delays with withdrawals, and I feel customer support could be faster. My account manager, Tom, has been helpful, but I'm hoping for improvements in withdrawal times. Overall, it's a decent platform, but there's room for improvement.
