<div>It is the same old story - a ******* ******** company that rips you of on an ear cleaning device - and will not give you a fixed date for delivery. Have now had 3 replies and all of them have the same "goofy" little message about how you'll shortly get your product - I have now had an e-mail that states that if I don't get my product delivered on 5 March (ordered 9 Feb) they can process a refund HA HA</div>

07 Mar 2023, 18:01Today - 7 March 2023, I received a sms advising me that a parcel had arrived at Tekkietown in our local Mall. The sms stated what was required to get the parcel, but made no mention of Tweddy. I fetched the parcel during the afternoon, and have just opened it. It is the product that I had ordered from Tweddy. Maybe we are spoilt with the quick deliveries from large corporations - never more than 7 days - but usually within 3 days. A new supplier should therefore stipulate that their business works on a one month period to deliver.
If one really wants the product and it is unique - I guess one will place the order. So this is just to confirm that it isn't a **** - and that they should do a bit of work on keeping their customer correctly informed.
