Tweaked wellness center, nothing but a disappointment!!!

Last Tuesday my sister and I tried gel overlay on our nails at tweaked in Durban north for the first time. They was two beauty consultants who did our hands and feet respectively. Both individuals had to be told at numerous times that they where painting incorrectly and 'missing a spot'. My sister had to tell the one individual on how to soak of her previous set. Four hours later we was finally done.

Four days later our gel had started to lift and chip, photos was taken and sent through to tweaked. Their response was 'hi sorry to hear and thank you for your input will let the trainees know'. As directors of tweaked their customer service feedback was totally poor and unsatisfactory, knowing that gel overlay should last their clients at least 4 weeks. Instead of refunding us or calling us in to fix the problem they decided to be rude and disrespectful when I mentioned how disappointed we were and won't be recommending friends and family members to them.

Tweaked is definitely not worth the try, waste of money and time. Rather go to professionals who know what they are doing and save yourself from disappointment.
