The most useless and incompetant electrical company in Cape Town

The company did an electrical compliance certificate inspection at my property in Somerset West. The company should have issued me the valid certificate from 1 year 11 months ago which was still valid. Instead, they decided to charge my R1300 for a new inspection. This is the first time they cheated me. The electrician was extremely rude to me over the phone and cut me off immediately after 10 sec of speaking to him. He ignored most of my calls and refused to confirm when the inspection will be done. Twalo then failed to add the correct details on the electrical compliance certificate. It took them 3 months to update the correct address and certificate number.

I then paid them off over 3 months. Once paid up I phoned them to arrange for a collection of the certificate. Bianca (from Twalo) then gave my driver the certificate from 2015 (the inccorect one). We then had to arrange for them to have it delivered to the attorneys office. Every day we phoned them and they promised to have it delivered. For two weeks this went on. To date the certificate has still not been delivered to my attorney. I am so angry and frustrated that a company that offers such poor services is allowed to con customers daily.
