Inhumane, Undignified and ********* treatment by TW Properties
The service and treatment from TW Properties are absolutely appalling. The accommodation is an absolute disgrace, there is zero maintenance, the dwellings are old and most tenants repair and paint at their own cost. The water supply from the borehole water is hazardous for human consumption. Structures have been destroyed and just left leaving dangerous, dirty and untidy areas around the property. Garden refuge is left on the property and not cleaned out causing all sorts of wildlife to find themselves a home inside the cottages and live on the property. There is no security at all NONE, when the tenants provide their own chains and lock the chains, as well as the locks, are removed, leaving their vehicles at risk not to mention the safety of the tenants. Their staff are unprofessional and very intimidating at times. Sarah who is also employed by the said agency will visit the properties unannounced and without notice, she will challenge the tenants slurring insults causing extreme conflict through antagonizing and provoking the tenants. They have been in breach of their own lease agreements on more than one occasion. Should tenants raise a grievance or bring awareness to a matter they are served with eviction notices immediately, if they are in disagreement with one tenant and any of the other tenants choose to stay neutral or perhaps confront them with an inaccurate version of the account and disagrees with the events that have transpired these tenants are also then given notice. Deposits are demanded yet TW Properties refuse to conduct a proper inspection of the dwelling, should it so happen that the tenant gives the notice to vacate for whatever reason their deposits are held back and it is then imp**** that damages were caused during the leasing period or during the time the tenant occupied the dwelling. TW Properties refuse to provide any kind of service from general repairs, clean water to general maintenance, the circumstances under which these tenants live have become so undignified some of these poor tenants have gone without water and electricity for days, having no other choice but to submit to TW Properties low moral and inhumane manner. Should they perhaps complain they are then served with an eviction notice as previously stated. It is starting to get out of hand, there are more than one of these accommodation facilities and the circumstances are very constant from one property to another. I am hoping that soon TW Properties will be exposed and face the consequences of their ********* and disgraceful actions. It has also been brought to my attention that another method of ************ is to send sangomas out to the properties, these sangomas will then inform the tenants of their presence and will then engage in rituals claiming to remove bad spirits. These so call sangomas will follow up by using the method of burning what they claim to be "crocodiles tail" this is a very disturbing matter and should be dealt with accordingly.
I presume you are the girlfriend of our ******* occupant Ashley Atherson, who *******ly occupies Cottage 1, 11 Westbrooke Drive, Strathavon, Sandton, whose lease was terminated in April 2020 already?
After having purchased the property for a future Res development, we unfortunately had the misfortune of inheriting this bad apple, who has been in default since day 1, mid Oct 2019, claiming he paid the rent to the previous Landlord, despite the notice period TWP had given all occupants that registration was imminent and rental payments had to be done to TWP, the new legal owner, instead.
Ashley's current default amount lies at R44 825.20, and that on a R 5 500.- default rental amount. Do the Math's on that Carol.
You both are trouble makers and utter nuisances, making occupation for other tenants in the dwelling all but unbearable, with your constant bulling tactics and sabotaging efforts at the dwelling.
Is it acceptable, for example, that Ashley locks the gate with a chain and a different lock to the one we had issued to all tenants, and watch a little school girl being forced to climb over the gate in the morning to go to school because he is too sadistic to unlock the padlock for her?
Is it acceptable that Ashley ran up a 15k monthly electricity bill these past few months, selfishly keeping all lights and heaters burning 24/7?
Is it acceptable that Ashley runs an ******* workshop, grinding and welding and spray-painting trailers till all hours in the morning? Many irate neighbors will attest to the selfish and immoral narcistic behavior of Ashley.
Is it acceptable, that after having run up over 100k electricity bills in a matter of months, and we finally managed to have a prepaid meter installed, that Ashley forever breeches the meter?
Is it acceptable that Ashley constantly sabotages the borehole pump, borehole and 20k filtration system to spite everyone but himself, as he manipulates water and lights to only work on his abode? Breaching the Eskom electricity meters, not only putting the whole dwelling at risk as well as the safety of other tenants. He is quite the Handyman he is.
Is it acceptable, that after TWP paid 1k into the prepaid meter, Ashley welds and grinds till 03:00am until electricity has finally run out just in time for when the other good paying tenants awaken and prepare to go to work, that there is no electricity left?
Is it acceptable that you and Ashley are the only ones that never contribute to electricity consumption, but rather abuse what others have purchased?
We understand that you are running an ******* brothel from our property charging R800 per customer? (for full house). This is highly ******* and the authorities have been notified. Dealing and using ******* narcotics (as we believe you had white powder caked around your nostrils this past Friday, high as a kite) is also highly *******. Again, the authorities have been made aware.
Is it acceptable when we send our employee Sarah to yet again investigate why there is no electricity and water, as it has yet again been sabotaged by your hands, you use hate speech and indeed slur insults at her? A case has been opened about your shocking racial attacks and socially unacceptable choice and ******* word usage. A case has been opened with the authorities about your hate speech.
Is it acceptable to chase potential tenants away by lying openly to them that there is no water and lights ever? Today you sabotaged 2 potential tenants looking for accommodation in Sandton, costing the company yet again rental income.
All of your remove-ables have already been attached by the Sheriff of the Court prior to Lockdown level 4, which removal (we pray), is imminent now.
