Bad treatment from Landlord

Kindly assist with huge problem im experiencing with TW Property Investments
I moved in TW Property Investment as tenant the begging of March 2020 since then I've being experiencing bad treatment, lies and empty promises I'm disabled person ( Paraplegic ) , by the time i moved 1 Ann Crescent Simba Sandtom ( TW Property Investment ) i was promised to get a bath and toilet that i can able to use but till now nothing its happening. The management they don't say anything it till now, i asked for reasonable accommodation but they failing to give it to me
Last month we received letters from Director (Thorsten Weiss ) of Tw Property telling us they increase electricity with immediate effect and if you fail to pay you should vacate the place
We did pay the money as they ask but now we don't have electricity , when we call and ask whats happening the hang up the phone on us
Look what the Letter says below:
1 Ann Crescent Simba Sandton 2196 Dear tenant, NOTICE RENTAL INCREASE
1. Notice is hereby given that T Weiss Property Investments Pty Ltd is exercising its right to increase the monthly rental from R4000 to R4500 per month, effective 1 July 2021. 2. Due to the fact that we have had a 50% utility charge increase from both Eskom as well as City of JHB, we have no option by to increase the monthly rental accordingly to absorb some of the increased tarrifs. 3. Should you not accept the increase in the monthly rental by close of business 11 June 2021, you will be required to give notice and will need to vacate the premises by no later than 1 July 2021 at 12:00. 4. You will be held responsible for any damages that may have been caused to the premises and/or for any repairs that may be necessary. Your liability may, in appropriate circumstances, not only be civil, but also ********. 5. Should the keys to the premises not be returned to T Weiss Property Investments Pty Ltd, and/or should you fail to vacate the premises upon expiry of the period referred to above, T Weiss Property Investments Pty Ltd will institute proceedings for your eviction from the premises, at your cost, without further notice to you. Kindly assist us on this matter because now we suffering and we pay rent to this people each month

I would like to set the record straight, when you moved into Simba early 2020 in the back room we had built you a ramp for access to accommodate yourself (that ramp took up half of the existing stairway width), you barely stayed in that room for two months and then opted to move to the other side of the dwelling. We have always been most accommodating and even refurbished that bathroom of that side of the dwelling next to your room. The company has until one month ago absorbed the water and electricity costs, but due to the apparent abuse of leaving heaters burning 24/7 (our electricity bill exceeds R12 000 per month) and bathroom taps being left open by tenants (the water bill has tripled), we decided to have a prepaid meter installed for electricity.
You have not paid once cent towards the prepaid usage, nor have not paid one cent towards your deposit even though you get asked to contribute towards the deposit.
Please remember that your lease is only a month to month basis and if you are that unhappy, you are welcome to find more suitable accommodation.
