TW attorneys *****ing money

Good day

Tracey Williams from TW attorneys that let out 90 Kritzinger str Alberton. Took deposit , after we weren't happy with lay out and want to cancel , dont want to refund our R 14000 deposit, claiming she took a lost on the unit and it's non refundable. No where on the application nor on e-mail states the T&C . Being a lawyer it looks like she is taking advance from us. She doesn't return our calls nor e-mails.
