Poorest financial services

I've requested them to assist with with my FIA application. I've already submitted most of the application, I only required them to help me with my 3 year tax/financial proof. Their service and communication was poor from the start, only replying once a week. This made a days work take 4 weeks. And the worst part is they charged R 977,50 for a simple spreadsheet. I wouldn't recommend them at all, they don't even deserve 1 star
