This is a *****ulent company. I placed an order on their website tvmen.co.za and contacted them to confirm availability of the tv main board which they confirmed was in stock. After placing the order and making payment I was sent a message on whatsapp that they do not have stock and will refund me. They have not refunded my R1089.00 which I paid on their website through Payfast and have since not answered my calls and messages after giving them my banking details. A person by the name of Nico from the GAZEINA branch in Pretoria promised that the refund will be done but has since switched off his phone with contact number ***. Absolutely disgusting, I will be opening a case of ***** at SAPS.
