No service at all

TV Man Pretoria is unfortunately not the company their website promises.

Bought a television part from them on 06 June. Received 12 June. Tested the part and it didn't work, arrived DOA. Started contacting them on Whatsapp and email on the 14th of June. Scanned the website for more options, found an RMA option, completed the form on the 22nd of June.

I have sent near 250 Whatsapps between 14 June and 28 June, sent 49 emails, did the RMA request on their website. No response or even a read Whatsapp, you are simply blatently ignored.

Please do not waste you time or money with this company, they simply do not care about their customer.
