Shocking service from TVH JHB

I placed an order and paid for 3 filters in Mid April with JHB branch. After numerous emails and calls remained unanswered. I am yet to receive the items. I have left messages with management too to contact me. No reponce. I, eventually through another branch was advised the filters are in JHB. Have requested an invoice, weight and dimentions to arrange collection. It has been a week with no reponce. Shocking service. I cancelled the remaining outstanding filter as the order was not processed. The return was processed in 2 days. It appears that TVH would rather processed returns that orders .
