I am not so sure about the above statement as I dealt with Ashley Depung and believe she is based at Olathe, Kansas, United States.

The lady is very very rude and lacks professionalism. She would treat you like she is doing you a favour whereas she's doing her job. I'm not pleased at all with her level of behaviour.

I am looking at escalating this matter even further and provide proof.
