I would like to add what Susan said in 2017 with me every year the same story I have started today 23 Nov 2023 to get a booking for Nov 2024 at my preferred resort same story no place available. I even gave them n choice of 5 resorts and.......... no availability what one must do. they always got places available that I did not request. All of this happened when the new people took over.
