when ever I like to book at a certain Resort for the past 4 years the answer is always the same no place available at your requested Resort , I must add I CONTACT THEM IN January to book for November each year ,the always come back to me with places available that I do not like to go .

All this started when the new owners took over .I am not the only person that has got a problem I spoke to a couple of people that experience the same problem. I feel like cancelling my contract with them
