tvfix.co.za disgrace!!!!!!

Reported my television not working to tvfix.co.za. Arrived Saturday 25th April at my home. Repaired television. On Sunday 26 April, TV broke again. Reported to them to repair under warranty. Said they would be there on the Sunday, no show. Said they would be there Monday, no show. Said they would be there Tuesday 28 April after they get the parts, no show. I called "Joe" 08:44 on 29 April, said he would let me at 10:00 to let me know what time they will be there at my house to fix. No call at 10:00, I tried to call him 3 times and no answer, sent texts, no reply today. We paid over R 1,000 to them, and they have not even bothered. These are the facts, the unemotional truth. I do NOT recommend tvfix.co.za as they have taken our money and not honoured their warranty. TV broke after 24 hours, shocking service and if you use them, then do so at your own risk.
