Worst TV Repair Business Ever!

TV SPECIALISTS at 199 Kingsway, Warner Beach are not 'SPECIALISTS', they are TH*EVES AND CONM*N! We took our Samsung TV to them in October of 2023. Our TV was an old TV but in perfect working order, except for the sound. The outside casing and screen were like new. After fobbing us off for a month saying the parts hadn't arrived, we asked for our TV back. We were then told to come back on 7 different occasions, each time to be told 'it's not ready yet'. After threatening legal action, I was told that they couldn't get my TV to work anymore. When I asked what was wrong with it, they wouldn't tell me and Anthony Naicker said that I couldn't speak to his son, JD, about it, as his son was threatening violence, saying he would smash the entire store if I tried talking to him. Anthony then offered me a cheap and nasty replacement TV for R1,500. I refused to BUY a TV from them and it was then offered free of charge. I refused at first because my TV was a far more elite model but eventually, to bring the matter to a close, I took the cheap TV. I also insisted on taking my Samsung TV back. I was SHOCKED when I saw the condition. Filthy and broken with two cracks in the screen. I had someone else open the back and found a rusted board which did not even belong to our TV. They STOLE parts from our TV and obviously never intended repairing it. Anthony and his son JD are rude, disgusting th*eves! We need to close down this business and run them out of town! I was one of many people taken for a ride and I certainly won't be the last! They have to go!
