Customer complain ..

2021 I bought a tv plasma 39 from Game kenilworth Capetown it had 5 years warranty, January this year it had a problem of not showing the pictures & sound I took it back to kenilworth they book in they told I will get it back after 21 day they took it to there supplies,they called me back after the 21 take to fetch, it stayed at my place 5 day it had the same problem no pictures no sound I took it back same process wait 21 day witch I did again, I received a call after 21 day to fetch it again the second time.i complain that I don't have my own transportation I used public I'm paying DSTV every month that I don't used it. There respond that if it had a problem I must take it to the nearest store witch is zevenwhaght mall, again after 3 weeks did the same no pictures no sound I took it back same story to wait 21 days witch I did again 3 time ..they called me to fetch it for there information that it's ok and playing what I noticed that they don't even care about the money I use for public transport and DSTV that I pay go to waste they refuse to even give me the credit ...I took it back I complain about it that I'm tired most of the time it's them mine it's little ,they told me it's a procedure ..fine I took back it was Wednesday on Thursday it was showing red dot kicking I give them the call before I took it back to them they told I must bring it in ,witch I did 4 time ...same story of waiting 21 days same story of using my transport paying DSTV ...they call me on that 6 day that the tv it's playing right they can't give me credit ,ow please guys help me this is to much for me they taking a big advantage of me ... I would be glad if I can get help it's all most a year ... My details *** ***
