Very poor after-sale service from TVMall.

I bought a 8 pc set of Bellissima Diamond pots from TVMall in July 2018. It is wonderful pots and I love them, but a while ago I noticed that the non-stick coating of the 1 pot is coming of on the side of the pot. It is definitely not a scratch , because it is on the side and not the bottom of the pot. I only use non-stick utensils. I am sure these pots must have at least a year guarantee. I phoned TVMall and the operator told me that I must send an email to ********** which I did. Nobody responded! Then I contacted them through Facebook. They send me a message that they no longer sell this product, but I must send my telephone number. When I did that, they said they will give my number to the call center supervisor to contact me. It has been 2 weeks now and I have not heard anything from them. How can a business just say that they do not sell the product anymore and have no after-sales service for you? What about the guarantee?
