TV Mall - False advertising

I placed an order yesterday and one of the items was on a special where you would be upgraded from a 15ml to a 30ml for the same price, the order was delivered this morning with the 15ml and not the 30ml, I tried to phone TV Mall and was greeted by a very rude man, who cut me off when I made the inquiry, when I phoned back, I spoke to another lady who told me there was no such special, I have a recording of the tv advert. The product code is 0 ********** . If it wasn't on special, why are the ads still running on TV? You also need to teach your staff some etiquette and how to treat clients, seeing that we spend thousands buying your products! Disgusted with the service!
